In a further step towards fulfilling its mission as a diversified nanotechnology leader, NanoWorld Holding AG reinforces further its management team with the appointment of Dr. Kamen Nikolov as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Schaffhausen, Switzerland (PRWEB) August 11, 2007 -- NanoWorld Holding AG announces the appointment of Dr. Kamen Nikolov as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Dr. Nikolov is currently executing the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Innovative Solutions Bulgaria Ltd. (ISB), which is known world-wide for its range of AFM probes sold under the trade mark BudgetSensors. ISB has been founded in 2001 by Dr. Nikolov and was acquired by NanoWorld Holding AG on 1st April 2005.

Over the last years Dr. Nikolov has created from scratch an impressive and fast growing company. Since the acquisition we have consulted Dr. Nikolov on a regular basis especially in financial aspects. Therefore it is only a logical step to appoint him CFO for the NanoWorld Goup as we have challenging tasks ahead of us like further acquisitions and a demanding plan for diversification

After completing studies in Germany, USA and Japan Dr. Nikolov obtained several degrees in Business Administration and Engineering from leading universities, as well as a doctorate degree in Business Administration from the University of Sofia. Prior to the foundation of ISB, Dr. Nikolov has held positions in strategy development in the semiconductor industry, as well as positions in the university sector.
