Parent Solutions LLC Keeps Residential Treatment Centers Honest

Download this press release as an Adobe PDF document.

Parent Solutions LLC, a provider of boarding school services to parents of troubled teens, announces their honest approach in selecting residential treatment centers.

St. George, UTAH (PRWEB) August 17, 2007 -- The team at Parent Solutions must often answer to parent's concerns about why they should trust them. This is why they have made it part of their process to get every piece of legal documentation they possibly can before working with a boarding school or residential treatment center. They require every boarding school for troubled teens that they represent to provide a list of the following:

  • Accreditation
  • Background checks on all staff, no exceptions
  • Documentation if they ever had charges against them for child abuse or neglect
  • Licensing and legal forms of operation
  • Proof of quality night security
  • Supervision and night staffing information.

This simple list names just a few of the many questions they ask these boarding schools before they even think about representing them. After all the paperwork has been submitted, then they schedule an onsite visit. If everything during the campus inspection and visit goes well, they send out legal forms binding them to their honesty. If the residential treatment centers misrepresent themselves, they cut them off and will never work with them again.

This whole process has allowed Parent Solutions LLC to bring integrity back and keep schools honest in offering what they say they are offering. A lot of parents that contact them say they have spoken to so many schools that they don't know the good ones from the bad ones. Besides doing thorough background checks and prescreening, there is a Web site that parents can use to research schools they have contacted. They have found this Web site, http://www.isaccorp.org, useful in helping parents know the good from the bad in boarding schools. This organization keeps close tabs on residential treatment centers, and if they have any negative press or legal actions against them they put them on a watch list.
