Where Can Millions Of Black Women Meet To Share Their Thoughts, Advice, Ideas? New Website BlackWOMENBlog.com Allows Black Women From Around the World To Connect For The First Time

A new website - www.BlackWOMENBlog.com -- launched as a free blogging site with the goal of pooling the power of Black women from all over the world. This site will be the gathering place for ideas, solutions, and discussion for Black women whose perspective on life is largely ignored by the broader community.

Austin, Texas (PRWEB) August 25, 2007 -- A new website, BlackWOMENBlog.com, launched as a free blogging site with the goal of pooling the power of Black women from all over the world. This site will be the gathering place for ideas, solutions, and discussion for Black women whose perspective on life is largely ignored by the broader community.

Website co-founder Susan Benjamin says, "I am thrilled to be able to facilitate this heightened level of communications between Black women from around the world. When we work together, there is no problem we can't solve and no issue we won't confront. We want to make it easy for Black women to speak their mind, share their passions, and motivate a movement!"

Research conducted by Family Digest Magazine uncovered that one of the biggest complaints Black women had was the lack of a large, connected community of Black women, caused mainly by distance and increased mobility. Susan Benjamin is also editor-in-chief of Family Digest Magazine.

According to Benjamin, "Black women are so far flung nowadays that it can be difficult to reach out and spend time just chatting with other Black woman about things like men, our hair, issues are kids may be having at school, the latest fashions, politics, and just anything else that you might like to get perspective on from someone who's walked in your shoes. BlackWOMENBlog.com allows millions of women from around the world who are like me to express their thoughts on a myriad of issues to other women and get their feedback. I'm very excited about the global sisterhood that will develop. The site will allow our bloggers to instantly distribute information and news."

Located at http://www.BlackWOMENBlog.com, the website is structured to allow millions of Black women to share their thoughts, opinions, questions, challenges and successes with other Black women. The site costs nothing to join and blog, or comment on the blogs, of others.

BlackWOMENBlog.com is produced in a partnership led by Family Digest Magazine. Family Digest is Black America's No. 1 Family & Relationship Magazine, with more than 3 million readers. BlackWOMENBlog.com is affiliated with FamilyDigest.com, WeHaveSoul.com, FamilyDigestShow.com, BlackMENBlog.com, and StrongBlackFamily.com.
