Food and hospitality industry specialists Pro Auction of Bath will manage the auction with a viewing in the hotel on 12th September 2007 at 11.00am

The sale will attract many and will be of particular interest to participants in the hospitality and catering business as literally everything will be sold. Early indications are of a very lively buying interest.
