Daniel Negreanu, currently the 2nd all-time leading money winner on the World Poker Tour circuit, will be Gary Wise's guest on Poker Talk on RoundersRadio.com from 8 to 10 pm on Wednesday, Sept. 5.

(PRWEB) September 5, 2007 -- Daniel Negreanu, currently the 2nd all-time leading money winner on the World Poker Tour circuit, will be Gary Wise's guest on Poker Talk on RoundersRadio.com from 8 to 10 pm on Wednesday, Sept. 5.

Widely regarded as one of the world's best poker players, Negreanu has won three World Series of Poker bracelets and a total of nearly $10 million in live tournaments.

Negreanu moved to Las Vegas from Toronto, where he had started his poker career as a rounder playing at local charity casinos. In 1997, he won two events at the World Poker Finals, earning himself $133,600 and being named the tournament's best all-around player.

Over the next few years, he became one of the most successful poker tournament players in history, winning two WPT events, another two World Series bracelets, and appearing at 11 final tables. He was also named the World Series of Poker player of the year in 2004 and World Poker Tour player of the year in 2005.

In 2005, he started his own online poker cardroom "skin" site on his official site, Full Contact Poker, which also includes his blog and a variety of poker forums.

In June, Negreanu signed with PokerStars, joining Chris Moneymaker, Joe Hachem, Greg Raymer and many other professional poker players on the popular TV show.

He has written over 100 articles for CardPlayer magazine and contributed to Doyle Brunson's revised book, Super System II. Last year, he announced he had assembled a team of "Superstar Contributors" to write a book called Daniel Negreanu's Power Hold'em Strategy. Modeled after Brunson's Super/System, the book delves into every aspect of hold'em, and is due to be released in early 2008.

Joining Negreanu as Wise's guest is Joe Sebok, who finished seventh at the WPT Legends of Poker this past weekend. The son of Barry Greenstein, author of the 2005 book Ace on the River, Sebok is famous for his prop betting.

Gary Wise is a poker historian and strategist who is a contributing writer for Bluff Magazine and ESPN poker.

On his popular website, www.Wisehandpoker.com Wise breaks down poker hands and explains certain poker strategies.

One of Wise Hand Poker's many features is Wise Hand of the Day, which breaks down some of the most famous poker hands throughout history.

Poker Talk on RoundersRadio.com is streamed live at 8 pm Wednesday through Friday, and at 3 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
