HRI recognizes the significance of Work and Family Month and honors it every year. This October HRI will release its brand-new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) orientations to show how EAP services can help employees handle multiple demands on and off the job.

New York, NY (HRMarketer/PRWeb) September 28, 2007 -- October is designated as National Work and Family Month and Harris, Rothenberg International (HRI), LLC, is gearing up for it by releasing its new online, multimedia employee orientations.

October was designated Work and Family Month in 2003 by United States Senate Resolution 210. The creation of Work and Family Month as a federal observance demonstrates that companies across the nation acknowledge the importance of helping employees successfully balance work and family responsibilities.

HRI recognizes the significance of Work and Family Month and honors it every year. On October 1, 2007 HRI will release its brand-new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) orientations to show how EAP services can help employees handle multiple demands on and off the job. HRI’s new employee orientations show the applicability of the EAP in a wide variety of situations. And because they are in the Flash format, the presentations are visually stimulating and hold viewers’ interest with engaging audio narration and real-life vignettes.

By logging on to www.harrisrothenberg.com, employees and their family members can learn about how HRI’s EAP works and how it can help them with their personal and professional concerns. The EAP offers employees the support they need to address work and personal challenges such as stress, family problems, and depression, all of which can result from work/life imbalance.
