Smart for Life™ Weight Management Centers Files Notices of Appeal and Continues Nationwide Expansion

Medical Care Holdings, L.L.C., doing business under the name Smart for Life™ Weight Management Centers, has filed two notices of Appeal with the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit seeking to reverse two Preliminary Injunction orders issued by district court (United States District Court- Southern District of Florida- Case No. 07-20293- CIV-SEITZ/MCALILEY) which temporarily prohibit Smart for Life™ from using the term "Cookie Diet."
