Having already helped hundreds of people around the world overcome their problems with anxiety and panic disorders via his free newsletter, Alex Taylor has taken things one step further by releasing a brand new video course and making it free to all.

Bristol, UK (PRWEB) August 1st 2008 -- Alex Taylor suffered with many forms of panic disorder for more than 15 years. Since his full recovery in 2007 he now devotes his time to helping others who are facing similar challenges via his website PreventYourPanic.com

Hundreds of people have already experienced incredible results by following Alex's weekly advice found in his free newsletter. And now, with his video course hitting the Internet and being freely available to all those affected with anxiety and panic disorders, the number of success stories is set to skyrocket.

Alex really is a genius. After going through the first few steps my panic attacks were a lot easier to overcome, and now after part 4 I really do think I can completely overcome this.
When asked about his new online course, Alex said, "I created this course because I found methods and techniques that work in overcoming all forms of anxiety and panic disorder, and I wanted to share what I'd discovered with everyone else who's affected by these conditions. I started out by teaching these methods via my free newsletter, and that worked great. But I knew if I wanted to reach a wider audience I had to do something extra special. So I created my free online course."

Alex's brand new course includes downloadable Mp3s, an e-book, and 5 easy-to-follow how-to videos. A handful of people who recently completed a beta version of the course are already singing its praises.

One graduate of the course said, "Alex really is a genius. After going through the first few steps my panic attacks were a lot easier to overcome, and now after part 4 I really do think I can completely overcome this."

Another graduate of the course said, "I'm so thankful to Alex. I've been following all the advice in his course and it's helped tremendously."

Alex is overjoyed at the early feedback he's received from the initial test run of his new course, and he says he can't wait for his methods and techniques to reach a much wider audience. "I'm so happy to hear the positive results experienced by the people who've already gone through the course," Alex said. "And now that the final version of the course has gone live I'm thrilled at the prospect of these ideas reaching many more people who are facing the same challenges I was a few years ago."

If you suffer with any form of anxiety or panic disorder, you can learn more about Alex Taylor's free online course by visiting his website PreventYourPanic.com
