Don Beebe's House of Speed is Coming to the Northern Virginia Area

Fairfax, VA (PRWEB) August 9, 2008 -- Former Green Bay Packer and Super Bowl champion Don Beebe will be on hand to open a House of Speed franchise at the Sports Network and Fitness in Manassas as well as Hoop Magic in Chantilly.

"At House of Speed, we feel as though we're winning if an individual becomes a better athlete, but true victory can only be achieved through making that individual a better person," says Beebe. "To be able to bring a House of Speed franchise to the Northern Virginia area is an absolute joy and blessing," continued Beebe. House of Speed's philosophy is based on principles used by Don Beebe during his nine year, record-setting career in the NFL. House of Speed wants to instill the same passion into a new generation of athletes by motivating and building character.

Through the use of certified trainers, specialized equipment and state-of-the-art training programs, athletes ages 8 and up will learn:
- Techniques to improve running form and speed
- Skills to improve hand and feet quickness
- Jumping techniques to enhance explosiveness
- Methods to improve balance and coordination
- Eye hand training
- Injury prevention
