New Book is Stunning Exploration of How and Why Jungian Personality Types Develop and Emerge

Personality Types: A System Science Explanation by Dr. Walter Lowen, is a revision of his 1982 landmark book on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®.

Binghamton, N.Y. and Kaneohe, Hawaii (PRWEB) January 24, 2008 -- Personality Types: A System Science Explanation by Dr. Walter Lowen and Dr. Lawrence Miike is an incisive look at sixteen different personality types. An incredible aid for people in academia, management and business, this book can guide decisions in hiring, management and organizational and interpersonal research.

Are their discernible patterns of human behavior? Yes, says Dr. Walter Lowen in an updated version of his groundbreaking book on human personality types. Based on psychoanalyst Carl Jung's personality theory and on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, Dr. Lowen gives a fresh perspective on personality types.

An acquaintance of Jung's grandson, and a brilliant observer, Dr. Lowen carefully explored other peoples' behaviors and began to develop his own notions of the underlying process. He created the first dynamic model of personality types, including which sensory inputs, internal needs and externally oriented action plans are associated with each type. Personality Types: A System Science Exploration is a fascinating and incisive look at why people behave the way they do, and should become a classic edition to both school and home libraries.
