Eternity Gardens is designed by San Francisco landscape architecture company, Adrienne Wong Associates, (http://www.awala.net) in consultation with Hong Kong geomancy master, Eagle Wong.
The completion of the Lifemark Group's new garden is the final phase of a $100 million dollar construction project and places their Skylawn Park in the forefront of their industry by providing the most modern and complete end of life services on an exceptional property.
Among the features of the new garden is its outline which is a beneficial Feng Shui eagle shape which signifies a strong image flying towards eternity set against a golden mountain on the back and facing an ocean of water which denotes endless prosperity for the next generation. The landscaping features flowering shrubs, perennials lining the dry creek and cloud pine and corkscrew willows trees that curve along the lawns and pathways. A new feature for Skylawn are upright markers instead of the flat headstones that prevail in the surrounding Skylawn gardens. Lastly there is a special designated section for seniors who are served by Self Help for the Elderly, a helping organization that serves over 25,000 seniors each year in San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Alameda counties.
