GoldWatchClub.com, a site dealing exclusively in gold watches, announced the debut of their company blog, which will be another way for the site to cater to its customers.

Venetia, PA (PRWEB) November 19, 2008 -- GoldWatchClub.com, a site dedicated to the sale of various gold tone watches, launched in April 2008. Since the debut, the site has added a company blog to the website, located at www.GoldWatchClubInfo.com.

Established by Patty McKee, GoldWatchClub.com is a new site, but it is outfitted with many features to ensure that the site is user-friendly and the customer's experience is a positive one.

Terms like 'quartz movement' can seem confusing, but the blog will be a great place to get some of this terminology explained.

"We pride ourselves on our customer service," said McKee. "Customers can easily get a hold of me by email, phone, or mail. I also have a customer-friendly return policy. We're really in business for our customers."

Shipping costs are another way the site attempts to set itself apart from other watch websites.

"Watches are small and very easy to ship. It doesn't cost us a lot, so it doesn't cost our customers a lot. That policy just makes sense to me," said McKee. "My customers are my livelihood. Why would I charge them unnecessarily with outrageous shipping costs?"

The inventory on the site is also somewhat flexible in nature. If a customer does not see a particular style or brand, that person is encouraged to contact the site. Just because it is not listed, there is still the possibility that it can be obtained.

Another site update that works towards this policy of customer service is the company blog, which will contain informational posts about watches in general as well as the specific products on the site.
