Odam is the founder of www.PlateAndPan.com, a year old website that specializes in high quality kitchenware at affordable prices. From dutch ovens to juicers to pot racks, Odam has everything for someone getting their starter apartments or for season cooks. Even with all the basics on the site, there will be an even larger selection for people to choose from.
"Right now we have a pretty broad selection, but I plan to picking up tableware, dishes, silverware and adding more of the same," explained Odam. "I'm always looking for new items. I think the equipment is very exciting.
"Today's technology has brought us new kitchenware and I'm afforded the opportunity to share them with my customers."
Furthering Odam's relation to cooking, she's added a blog called www.KitchenwareSite.com. "My first goal for the blog is to educate people about the uses and care of the proper equipment," said Odam. "I'll have posts about kitchen organization and food preparation. I'll also have some recipes and reviews of the new products we'll be getting."
While PlateAndPan.com continues to grow and expand, Odam wants to bring the artistry to the kitchen and get people thinking about the meals they're making.
"Sometimes recipes can be too limiting and I want to stimulate the cook. That being said, cooks are going to need the right equipment to start out with," said Odam
