Christine Frisbee, President of First Impressions Productions, LLC partnered with Richie Cannata, of Cove City Sound Studios in Long Island, New York to produce this music CD to help relax the mind and body. The main stream of music imitates a gentle heart beat and is then mixed with the soft sounds of birds, wind and water. The concept is based on the fact that our bodies crave the soft repetition of a heartbeat. It is the first sound we hear and a sound we recognize before we are born. Nature offers us a natural way to relax when our bodies become stressed and overwhelmed. The Sound Sleep music CD artistically combines these sounds in a unique composition to calm the soul and gently help you fall asleep.
The music CD, Sound Sleep, was created with the concepts of Christine Frisbee and composed by Richie Cannata. Richie is an award winning musician, writer and producer. He has performed with many of the world's top recording artists.
