Boxers & Ballerinas Announces Kids Holiday Camp In Studio City

Boxers & Ballerinas, located in the heart of Studio City on Ventura Boulevard, has announced a boxing workout and dance class combo Holiday Camp for ages 6-11 during the winter break

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) December 20, 2008 -- Recognizing the need for parents to have their own break during the holidays, Boxers & Ballerinas (http://www.boxersandballerinas.tv) has announced that they will host a camp for ages 6-11 during the week between Christmas and New Years. From 11am-1pm, camp-goers will have the opportunity to participate in Boxing Cardio Workout™ classes, B&B Dance Mix™ classes, and a special "boot camp" class designed by a local fitness expert.

"After five different mothers asked specifically if we were going to have a camp during the holiday break, I decided that it would be a good idea to put something together," remarked Rebekah Iliff, Founder of Boxers & Ballerinas. "I remember my own mother feeling tired every day of Christmas break, and I always wondered how this could be when we were having so much fun running around the house. Hopefully this will give parents a couple of hours to do their own thing!"

Camp classes will be taught by Boxers & Ballerinas Co-Founder and pro-boxer Ricky Quiles; Rosa Sementelli, Founder of Rosa's A-Team Workout; Kelby Brown, a professional dancer & choreographer whose credits include: Cirque Du Soleil, Celine Dion's "A New Day" and countless commercials, music videos, and industrials; and Rebekah Iliff, former professional dancer and Founder of Boxers & Ballerinas.

The camp will take place between Friday, December 26th and Tuesday, December 30th (closed Sunday). Registration will take place from December 8th - December 22nd. Space is limited to 10 campers a day. Prices are: $30/child per day, $20 for each additional child; $100/child for all four days, $75 for each additional child.
