Cambridge, MA (PRWEB) December 31, 2008 -- In time for post holiday and New Year's resolutions to get fit, Foundations Family Nutrition, Inc. has launched FamilyNutritionTalk.com, a dynamic and interactive free daily podcast series to answer families' and teens' questions regarding nutrition and weight management.
Listeners may submit questions to be answered in a future podcast via the website, http://FamilyNutritionTalk.com, or they can leave their questions in voicemails. Inger Hustrulid and Jonah Soolman, both Registered Dietitians (RDs) with Foundations Family Nutrition, host the podcasts. Ms. Hustrulid, also Foundations Family Nutrition's President and founder, hosts podcast episodes that address topics pertinent to families. Mr. Soolman focuses his episodes on topics of special interest to teenagers.
The first FamilyNutritionTalk.com episode aired on December 19, 2008 and new episodes will be released nearly daily. Topics addressed thus far have answered listeners' questions regarding such topics as emotional eating, healthy versus unhealthy beverage choices, and how to enjoy holiday parties and foods while still being healthy. Ms. Hustrulid and Mr. Soolman do not tell listeners what to do, but rather educate and motivate them to make informed decisions that best fit with their own goals and lifestyles.
