RedFácil in Chile successfully launched an airtime topup solution based on the paybox TopUp Mobiliser product. With paybox TopUp Mobiliser, RedFácil substitutes existing scratch card distribution businesses with electronic topup. The solution is certified by two major mobile operators in Chile.

Since going-to-market in September 2007, RedFácil is able to sustain transaction growth rates of more than 50% per month and currently processes several thousand transactions per day.
With paybox TopUp Mobiliser, RedFácil could leverage its existing business relationships and applications to offer airtime topup and mobile Payment related services to the Chilean market. The TopUp Mobiliser substitutes physical scratch cards and allows merchants and distribution partners to sell airtime from their mobile phones, POS terminals and web terminals directly to the consumer's mobile phone. RedFácil manages merchant hierarchies between distribution partners, dealers and sellers who distribute the airtime within the hierarchy or directly to consumers.
Merchants and distribution partners have access to self-service web-applications with which they can build, manage and maintain their distribution networks. They are able to directly recharge subscriber phones via a POS terminal, a web terminal or a mobile phone used by a streetseller.
RedFácil's paybox TopUp Mobiliser is certified by Entel PCS and Telefonica Movistar, with the third operator Claro to follow in the first quarter of 2008. The openness and modularity of the paybox Mobiliser Platform allows RedFácil to quickly rollout additional mobile Commerce and Payment services across Chile and other Latin American markets and to position paybox as a leading provider of mobile Commerce solutions in South America.
