As Vice President of Finance, McLaughlin will be responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and human resources at Enwisen. Prior to joining the company, he co-founded a staffing firm specializing in accounting and finance positions. During a 12-year period, his firm grew to four San Francisco Bay Area offices and 100 professional employees, and it was later sold to a national staffing corporation.

Previously, McLaughlin spent nine years with General Mills, beginning as an internal auditor and later holding leadership positions such as group director of planning and analysis and divisional controller. During his tenure with General Mills, he also was deeply involved in strategic planning, acquisition review and analysis, and the start-up of international restaurant operations in Japan and Canada.
McLaughlin earned a bachelor of science in accounting from Northern Arizona University. He also holds a master’s of business administration from the Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management.
