C., announced today that it was acquired by John B. Henry & Associates Inc.

Media, Pa.-based John B. Henry is a full-service project management and consulting firm that provides "green" building engineering and design, specializing in state and federal work.

Kinetix received the GSA Contractor of the Year award (2006) and the Philadelphia 100 award, establishing it as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Greater Philadelphia area.
According to Plante, the management team at Kinetix will remain unchanged.
Kinetix operates throughout the mid-Atlantic region, from New York state through Virginia.
Kinetix will continue to maintain its office in Media, Pa., in addition to offices in Baltimore, Md., and Washington, D.C.
