American Community names two key executives.

- Leslie J. Gola, Vice President, Human Resources
- Eric Hales, Director, Network Development and Provider Relations
Gola was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources. In her new position, Gola is responsible for overseeing the human resources dept., which includes: employee compensation plan development and administration; benefit and wellness programs; and career path development and progression. Gola has been with American Community for over nine years, and recently served as Director, Human Resources.
Hales joins American Community from Centene Corp. in Atlanta, Georgia, where he spent over two years as Manager, Provider Contracting, Peach State Health Plan. During his tenure, he was a key contributor in creating start-up operations with a statewide provider network consisting of over 12,000 contracts. In Hales’ new position, he is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining start-up proprietary provider networks and maintaining relationships with strategic vendors and business partners.
