Nassau, Bahamas Real Estate Broker Joins New Multiple Listing Service

The national Multiple Listing Service recently launched by the Bahamas Real Estate Association will allow the Realtors at Island Living Real Estate to better market homes by sharing information with other Realtors throughout the Bahamas.

Nassau, Bahamas (PRWEB) March 30, 2008 -- Island Living Real Estate has joined the new Multiple Listing Service, which was launched this month by the Bahamas Real Estate Association.

This new system, a first for Bahamas real estate professionals, contains many features that will help MLS member realtors market properties and notify registered buyers when new properties are listed, said Nassau, Bahamas Real Estate Broker Rachel Pinder, president of Island Living Real Estate in Nassau.

MLS allows registered users to list properties for sale so other agents and homebuyers can see them, Pinder said.

"We will be able to find homebuyers a property faster without having to call real estate company after real estate company," she said. "The information will be at our fingertips."

For home sellers, the system allows Realtors to showcase properties to other Realtors very efficiently.

"The more people who view the properties on the MLS, the greater the opportunity the property will be sold or purchased quickly," Pinder said.

This new system also will assist buyers because it enables Realtors to locate more properties that meet buyers' criteria, giving the buyers a wider selection from which to choose.
