During 2007, he worked as a Senior Research Associate of Alternative Investments at MSCI BARRA, where he focused on quantitative hedge fund strategy analytics. Prior to BARRA, Mr. Narayanan worked as a Senior Investment Manager (2006) and Research Analyst (2004-5) at Charles Schwab, developing quantitative equity strategies. Shankar has extensive experience in hedge fund risk analysis, measuring tail risk of non-Gaussian distributions, hedge fund replication techniques, SAS, Unix (shell script), C, C++, VB, Mathematica, Matlab, SQL, econometrics, and Monte Carlo simulation. He is a final level candidate in the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) program. Mr. Narayanan holds a Masters in Financial Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas (2004), a Masters in Computer Science from Syracuse University/Central Pacific University (2002), a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (1998); and also holds a PRM (Professional Risk Manager) designation and Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. Mr. Narayanan also reports to Erik Postnieks.

In addition to bolstering the research and risk management functions, Wooster Asset Management also welcomed Diana Rhodes, Manager - Operations and Finance. She earned a B.S. in Finance from Long Island University (1997) and Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. Ms. Rhodes reports to Jan Greer, President and COO of Wooster Asset Management.

"Dr. Lee's and Mr. Narayanan's experience and skills are a strong enhancement to our research and investment team, enabling us to pursue a robust R&D agenda for our current trading and risk management models and to expand our investor offerings with new strategies," said Erik Postnieks Erik Postnieks, CEO and CIO of Wooster Asset Management. "The three additions also allow Wooster Asset Management to take the desirable steps of fully separating the firm's trading, operations and risk management functions in accordance with industry best practices," he added.

In order to accommodate the larger staff size, Wooster Asset Management will relocate at the end of the month to a new 3,000 sq. ft. office suite at 7 Times Square, located at 41st Street and Broadway in midtown Manhattan.
