On March 26th, three Holistic Health Coaches at Studio 122 in Seattle, WA launch a free seminar series on the fundamentals of health with a discussion of the benefits of a whole foods diet.

Seattle (PRWEB) March 25, 2008 -- Motivated by a concern over poor public health and the overwhelming amount of contradictory information on diet and fitness, the holistic health coaches at Studio 122 in Seattle, WA, have announced they will be holding free seminars to equip people with the tools to make health, fitness and dietary choices better suited to the particular needs of their body.

Whole Foods for the Whole Family, the first seminar offered by Steven Stanfield, Monica Donald and Ross Meyer of Studio 122, highlights the facts about the dangers of processed foods - facts well recognized by the American Medical Association, The Center for Science and Public Interest, and the World Health Organization. Despite publicly available information about the harm caused by processed foods, choosing the right combination of foods isn't so easy. The average person just doesn't know who to turn to for help in making their dietary choices. This challenge is made all the more difficult by the proliferation of one-size-fits-all dietary systems.

Whole Foods for the Whole Family re-introduces consumers to the simple, unprocessed foods that were the staple of human diet for most of our history. The seminar shows how a simple diet consisting of whole foods relieves the toxic burden on the body created by processed foods, offers a greater nutritional profile, and may even prevent some of the common illnesses that have become part of modern living.

Stanfield, Donald and Meyer will be hosting Whole Foods for the Whole Family on Wednesday, March 26th at 6:00 pm PDT at Studio 122, located at 4300 6th Ave. W, Suite 122 in Seattle, WA. The seminar is free and open to the general public.
