POKERTRILLION.com successful in its application for a garnishee order against Boss Media bank accounts.

Malta (PRWEB) April 15, 2008 -- The online poker site POKERTRILLION.com has announced that on Friday 11th April 2008 at the First Hall Civil Court, Malta (Court of Record and Complaint Number 532-08), they achieved a garnishee order (also known as a freezing order) on the bank accounts of Boss Holdings Limited and Boss Media Malta Poker Ltd. The garnishee order has been executed at all seven banks in Malta where the Boss Media companies hold bank accounts.

The freezing order has been made in conjunction and relating to a €45million initial law suit being taken by POKERTRILLION.com against Boss Media and their associated companies in various jurisdictions, including but not restricted to, Sweden and Malta.

Pyrah continues to explain, "Owing to the massive irregularities surrounding Boss Media and their handling of POKERTRILLION.com this led to a number of contractual issues that in turn has led to us making some extremely important developments in the way in which we operate our business".
