Retail Solutions Acquires Team of 14 Shanghai-based Developers, Accelerating Development and Integration of Recent Acquisition
Sunnyvale, CA and Shanghai, China (PRWEB) April 15, 2008 -- Retail Solutions Inc., the leading solution provider helping consumer product goods (CPG) companies create value with retailer data, today officially announced the acquisition of a development facility in Shanghai, China with an initial staff of 14 developers.

Since its acquisition of VeriSign® Retail Data Services in January 2008, Retail Solutions has worked in close cooperation with its customers to complete a comprehensive evaluation on the full integration of both solution sets. A key priority during this integration process was to maintain the steady pace of new releases to satisfy customer requirements, while still continuing to integrate new science and research & development to the applications. Achieving all these goals in parallel required a significant ramp up in development efforts.
