Renowned Personal and Professional Coach, Marie Moran and Company, Brings Workshop to Estes Park in June

A first of its kind, Marie Moran and Company introduces a workshop for individuals at life and career turning points. The Recharge and Renewal at Work workshop is for business professionals and those at career crossroads interested in exploring causes for job burnout and learn methods to reduce daily stresses and help to find a healthy work-life balance.

Laguna Beach, CA (PRWEB) April 17, 2008 -- Marie Moran & Company, nation-wide leaders in the field of personal and professional coaching, is pleased to announce the launch of its Recharge and Renewal at Work workshop June 9-13, 2008, in Estes Park, Colorado. A first of its kind, the workshop is geared towards individuals at personal and professional turning points searching for direction and career change or renewal.

"For years I have provided one-on-one coaching and management training on leadership, conflict management, and a range of professional growth topics," notes founder and lead trainer Marie Moran. "Recently I have observed a trend in career burnout, with more and more individuals seeking a better work-life balance and showing greater interest in pursuing careers about which they are passionate. We aim to help them identify the reasons for dissatisfaction or burnout and assist in finding new, positive directions."

The 4-day workshop takes place June 9-13 at the Mary's Lake Lodge and Resort in Estes Park, Colorado. In the small group sessions, limited to eight participants, participants explore individual causes for burnout and learn methods to reduce daily stresses and enhance and energize daily living and working. Business professionals looking to refocus their career objectives, individuals contemplating a midlife career transition or in high-pressure jobs in need of a recharge, and employees with waning motivation all benefit from this workshop.
   
The Recharge and Renewal at Work workshops will be rolled out to additional destinations within the next year.
