Entrepreneur Debbie Thomas introduces AttitudeZapz!, a new set of jingles with positive life-affirming lyrics. The songs can help listeners change both their attitudes and lives.

(PRWEB) April 29, 2008 -– Entrepreneur Debbie Thomas has just released her attitude-shifting jingles known as AttitudeZapz! (www.AttitudeZapz.com). These catchy songs zap listeners’ attitudes from those of fear, doubt and worryto gratitude, abundance and success. This simple, fun, and easy way to target one’s focus is based on the principle, “When I believe it, I will see it.”

AttitudeZapz! are short, catchy one-minute affirmation jingles that help people flip the switch when life isn’t going according to plan and when they’re stuck in bouts of negative thinking. Because the jingles are effortless, they bypass the critical conscious mind. People don’t have to believe the words being sung -- they just slip into the subconscious mind. The catchy tunes also stimulate the production of endorphins, which naturally lift anyone’s mood. Thomas has found that with AttitudeZapz!, she is able to focus on her goals all day long without effort, she has become a magnet for more of what she wants, and she has less stress, more confidence and a renewed passion for life.

Thomas invented AttitudeZapz! based on her frustration and the frustrations of those around her to achieve goals and dreams. She knew many people who wanted to lose weight, make more money or be in a loving relationship, but just couldn’t seem to get there. Like her, they’d tried traditional goal-setting techniques and less traditional, so-called “new age” methods like affirmations and visualization. Thomas began researching why people didn’t achieve their goals -- reading books, attending seminars, and studying everything she could find on the power of the mind. She discovered that people’s thoughts have a significant impact on their results: thoughts, words, focus, and attitude control actions and outcome.

Thomas was thrilled to discover that all she had to do was focus on what she wanted to have better results. But she found that sustaining positive thoughts in the face of daily challenges and mood swings took more discipline than she could muster. In a fit of frustration and sadness she declared her choice to be happy aloud, and from that, a little tune with positive words popped into her head.

“I started singing it over and over because it made me feel good. It shifted my attitude,” Thomas says. When Thomas noticed she was no longer frustrated or sad, she kept making up more jingles and singing them every time she noticed a negative thought or feeling. She also noticed she was getting more positive results as she continued to sing her jingles. She found it was easier to repeat affirmations to catchy tunes, so she wrote jingles for all the affirmations she wanted to use to shift her attitude.

Thomas quickly saw how those jingles could help others -- most people get songs stuck in their heads, so why not songs with positive, uplifting words? She knew that positive affirmation statements set to short, catchy tunes would help people keep their spirits high so they could focus on their goals and dreams.

Ghostwriter Andrea Glass of WritersWay.com commented, “I couldn’t believe how powerful such a simple idea could be. I find myself smiling more and have noticed more things coming to me without effort.”

Thomas is offering Volume 1 of AttitudeZapz! for instant download at www.AttitudeZapz.com for the special introductory price of only $19.95. CDs are also being made available for $24.95, as well. For any questions, please call 866-249-0125.
