Aventura Trust Investments (ATI) has extended its international lending into the Middle Eastern market, opening a new office in Cairo, Egypt.

Miami, FL (PRWEB) April 2, 2008 -- Aventura Trust Investments (ATI) has extended its international lending into the Middle Eastern market, opening a new office in Cairo, Egypt.

"We have found that a strong market exists for our activities in the region, as well as the competitive presence of a few other commercial lenders," says Hamed Elbarki, CEO of Aventura Trust Investments. "We look forward to participating in the exciting business environment of the Middle East, and of Egypt in particular."

We emphasize the experience of the principals, the cash flow of the company, as well as the income and existing credit history.
Aventura Trust Investments (available online at http://www.aventurafinance.com), an established private commercial lender, has the backing of international export credit agencies, which enables it to fund loans in countries that would normally present a high risk lending environment. The firm uses these agencies, such as the Ex-Im Bank (http://www.exim.gov) to insure ATI's loans in these territories. ATI's ability to fund loans quickly and efficiently provides competitive advantages over local banks and other private lenders.

ATI's range of lending services includes commercial real estate financing and international trade finance services. Loans are typically over a term of two to ten years and can be without guarantees, collateral, mortgages, or retention of title. ATI ties its low interest rates to the London Inter-bank Offered Rate (LIBOR).

"We emphasize the experience of the principals, the cash flow of the company, as well as the income and existing credit history." says Elbarki. "With our business model, we wish to become the private commercial lender of choice in the region."
