Prior to her promotion, Ms. McGunnigle was an assistant to the Senior Vice President of Portfolio and Investment Management. In her new role, Ms. McGunnigle is responsible for asset and investment management including property management, operations and leasing for The Hampshire Generational Fund, one of the firm's private equity real estate investment funds tailored to high net worth investors. In addition, Ms. McGunnigle supports the acquisition and disposition process as well as administrative activities for the Fund. She holds a B.S. from the College of Saint Elizabeth.
