Buffalo, New York (Vocus) April 23, 2008 -- Effective March 18, 2008, AP Wagner Inc. has acquired the assets of Jacoby Appliance Parts, headquartered in Hackensack New Jersey. Jacoby Appliance Parts is a well established appliance parts distributor that serves the wholesale and retail trade with five branch locations in New Jersey, two in New York, and one in Delaware. This acquisition expands AP Wagner’s presence into the key New York City/New Jersey markets.
