The eBay item is titled "The Grand Prize Beer coaster - First Capital in Columbia which advertises Grand Prize Beer from the Gulf Brewing Company of Houston, TX. Coaster features the "First Capital of the Republic of Texas located in Columbia in 1836-37". The entertainment powerhouse has agreed to pay $1.50 for shipping.
