http://www.ItalianLeatherSacs.com launches their new site with the distinctive Mimo line of purses and handbags, looking to add a refreshing originality to women's fashion.

Toronto, ON (PRWEB) May 15, 2008 -- Bessie Carydis began Italian Leather Sacs for a very simple reason -- she's sick of the bland mimicry she sees in the world of women's handbags. "I'm tired of watching people carry a Louis Vuitton that's not a Louis Vuitton," she explains with cheerful exasperation. "Everybody has been copying each other. We live in a copycat culture and I think it's about time people start being more unique and individual by carrying affordable, unique, stylish quality handmade leather purses."

As a champion of change trying to redirect this trend, Bessie began her business by finding something new and fresh in the fashion industry. "My vendor actually designs and manufactures the handcrafted purses themselves," she explains, speaking of the handbag designer Mimo, whose brand name she is building. "This is a friend of mine who I have known for over 30 years. My family, friends, colleagues and I have been purchasing and enjoying his handbags for decades, and everyone is very happy with the quality, style and durability, so I decided to open this store. This line is very exclusive."

Everybody has been copying each other. We live in a copycat culture and I think it's about time people start being more unique and individual by carrying affordable, unique, stylish quality handmade leather purses.
The site updates regularly, with new designs manufactured exclusively by Mimo and his team of experts. "We plan to constantly add new products weekly on the storefront. Mimo is constantly producing new designs, and even if it's only one new design at a time, they will be added on a continuous basis," says Bessie.

She goes on to explain, "Our long term goal is to become the internet handbag leader of the world. Our vision is to be in a position to offer in the near future, made to order customized handbags to our clients where one will be able to choose size, color, leather and embellishments."

In the process of the Mimo brand building, Bessie has begun a blog at www.ItalianLeatherSacsBlog.com to discuss the products, and is proactive in getting the word out about these items. "I have some fun designs and some traditional designs coming up," she says. "I think we'd like to be able to sell a diverse line of affordable bags to everyone. There will be a summer line launched soon offering a plethora of different colors, all unique styles -- they're not cookie-cutter types of items… stay tuned!"
