Director of User Experience, Giovanni Calabro has been selected to present "Reining in the Shiny Objects: the Business End of Rich Internet Applications" at the San Francisco Content Management Professionals (CM Pros) Summit. The event will take place on June 17, just prior to the 3rd Annual Gilbane San Francisco Conference.

Director of User Experience, Giovanni Calabro has been selected to present "Reining in the Shiny Objects: the Business End of Rich Internet Applications" at the San Francisco Content Management Professionals (CM Pros) Summit. The event will take place on June 17, just prior to the 3rd Annual Gilbane San Francisco Conference.

Mr. Calabro's presentation will focus on the increasing demands content publishers face, often from the very top of their organizations, to integrate ever more sophisticated rich internet applications into their Web presence. In addition to an overview of the dynamic landscape for rich internet applications, Mr. Calabro will discuss how leading organizations are leveraging them to increase website traffic and deliver powerful user experiences. He'll also address what publishers can do, and what they need to consider, when integrating rich internet applications, including an analysis of information architecture as well as the resources required (staff, budget and time).
