The first of its kind for the receivables management industry, the Knowledge Base expands the resources available to the community running on Ontario Systems' platform.
The Knowledge Base contains thousands of searchable documents offering answers and solutions to perform specific actions. Customers now have access to Ontario Systems' Knowledge Base around-the-clock. The Knowledge Base can be used to immediately answer questions or improve clients' system operations.

All Ontario Systems' clients can access the Knowledge Base through the online Client Resource Center. The CRC and the Knowledge Base are always available, ensuring clients can find answers to their questions at no additional charge at any time.
