Translation makes Green Policy accessible to all in environmentally-conscious Japan. "Master Chemical was green long before people were talking about green or the environment," said Chairman and CEO, Joe H. Wright. "Japan is currently engaged in a wide range of environmental protection efforts and has taken a leading role in conservation. Safeguarding the environment is critically important in Japan and we share that concern," he stated. Master Chemical has a distributor in Japan, Yamamitsu Oil Ltd., and offices in China, United Kingdom, India, Philippines, Thailand, as well as the United States.

Perrysburg, Ohio (PRWEB) June 30, 2008 -- Master Chemical Corporation has translated its Green Policy and Green website, which focuses on protecting people, planet, and profitability, into the Japanese language. The company, known as the originator of coolant recycling, traces its history of environmentalism back more than half a century.

According to Mr. Wright, the Green Policy describes some of the company's early environmental accomplishments and goes on to detail current and planned initiatives to protect the planet. It also addresses actions taken to protect people by creating formulations made exclusively with high-purity raw materials and then put through intensive independent testing to ensure a safer work environment. "We have translated the Green Policy and Green website into Japanese to make it accessible to everyone because we understand the depth of Japan's love for the natural environment," said Mr. Wright.

Master Chemical's Green Policy also addresses the issue of profitability. According to Mr. Wright, the policy cites the many ways that Master Chemical impacts its customers' profitability by cutting costs with coolant management systems and recycling equipment, providing training to ensure cost reductions when recycling systems are used, lowering waste-related expenditures through recycling, reducing hauling and shipping charges, and lessening energy usage in metalworking and cleaning.

The Green Policy mentions plans for the future; including partnering with like-minded global organizations and developing even more efficient systems and formulations. "We look forward to working closely with the people of Japan in our combined efforts to safeguard people, planet, and profitability," Mr. Wright concluded. Master Chemical's Green Policy can be found on the Japanese translated Green website at www.2trim.us/2008-06-27p.php.
