Winter Park, FL (PRWEB) June 4, 2008 -- On Wednesday, June 4, Full Sail University will welcome High Moon Studios, alongside nine Full Sail graduates to discuss the launch and behind-the-scenes making of the highly anticipated game release, Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy™ from Sierra Entertainment, a division of Vivendi Games.

The group will visit the Full Sail campus in a panel setting to address an audience of students, staff and faculty regarding this release and their roles as the leading programmers, sound designers and analysts for this game title. Five of the nine Full Sail team members graduated with a degree in Game Development, along with the remaining four members who graduated with degrees in Recording Arts, Computer Animation and Digital Arts and Design respectively.

Full Sail graduate and Lead Programmer, Troy Humphreys, joined the High Moon Studios team in June 2006. Prior to this position, he was an Associate Course Director for Engine Development at Full Sail. "Working on this game with fellow Full Sail alumni was truly amazing. I'm so proud to have been part of such a talented group of people," said Humphreys.

Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy is a third person action game blending hunter-prey game play through a seamless mix of hand-to-hand fighting, gunplay and dramatic escapes, all designed around Jason Bourne's signature combat style.

Developed by Sierra Entertainment's High Moon Studios in collaboration with Ludlum Entertainment, and with story and character development in conjunction with Bourne screenwriter Tony Gilrony, the game is a companion to the blockbuster film and best-selling novels.

"It's always fulfilling to hear of a graduate receiving game credit and it is remarkable to have nine of our alumni working together on a title like The Bourne Conspiracy," said Rob Catto, Program Director for Game Development. "Having these alumni return to speak to our current student body is truly inspiring. These are the events that motivate the faculty and validate the Game Development Program."

In addition to the graduates working at High Moon Studios, Full Sail graduates work in a variety of positions at leading game companies around the world and are credited on projects such as: Bioshock, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, God of War II, Madden NFL 2008, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2008, Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam, Transformers: The Game, and so many more. The Full Sail Game Development Program has been internationally recognized as "one of the top five game degree schools in the world" by Electronic Gaming Monthly, and most recently as the "Harvard of Game Schools" by Tips & Tricks Magazine.
