The User Advisory Board has become invaluable as the vehicle we now use to integrate client feedback into the development strategy for the myStaffingPro product.
The User Advisory Board consists of a cross-section of users who represent a variety of client sizes and industries. Its primary purpose is to facilitate the evolution of myStaffingPro by providing product enhancement ideas and feedback. The users are elected to the board for a yearly term which can be reinstated.

“Moving forward, the myStaffingPro User Advisory Board will help us direct our development efforts according to expert user needs and knowledge,” said product usability manager Melisa Zachrich. Director of Sales Ruth Ann Stover added, “We were very excited with the input from our UAB, not only concerning their current use of the myStaffingPro, but the great ideas they shared with the group for future features and enhancements.”

During the all day event, myStaffingPro User Advisory Board members also discussed the current trends in the Human Resources marketplace and how to apply those changes to myStaffingPro.

“With the input from the UAB we can not only see that we are on the right track overall, but that this is a group of users who are vested in myStaffingPro for the long haul,” said Stover. After compiling the survey results, Zachrich commented that, “The User Advisory Board has become invaluable as the vehicle we now use to integrate client feedback into the development strategy for the myStaffingPro product.”
