New service aims to help car owners who are left stranded by traditional towing services.
It's a tough decision to force someone to make, either sign the waiver and risk damaging the vehicle or try to come up with another solution. Well we're the other solution. We wanted to put together a team of people that really cared about the cars and wanted to see them home safely.

Mechanicsburg, PA (PRWEB) July 11, 2008 -- AutoLife Emergency Services, the White Glove Provider, understands that there are very few things in life more stressful than being stuck by the side of the road with a vehicle that won't run. For the owners of low profile and modified cars, this can be even more frustrating when there is a very real possibility that the towing process will damage their car.

AutoLife Emergency Services is going to take the worry out of Emergency Services. "We've heard the horror stories," says AutoLife CEO and President Andy Goodman. "In preparation for launch, we spoke to quite a few car owners who had expensive modifications damaged by traditional towing methods, we also heard from owners who were left stranded by the side of the road because their low center of gravity could not be towed by a standard tow truck." A great many towing companies will require car owners with modifications or low profiles to sign a release from responsibility and damages waiver to free them of responsibility for damaging the vehicle. "It's a tough decision to force someone to make, either sign the waiver and risk damaging the vehicle or try to come up with another solution. Well we're the other solution. We wanted to put together a team of people that really cared about the cars and wanted to see them home safely."

Goodman wanted to be clear that car builders and low profile vehicle owners aren't the only people who can benefit from AutoLife ES's services, "We can work with any type of vehicle, not just modifieds and low profiles. We want everyone to understand that we care about their car as much as they do, and our program is set up by the household and not by the vehicle."

One of the major differences between AutoLife and other emergency service providers, is that many emergency service companies that offer memberships for their services, will only provide service for a single car, then charge more for an extra vehicle and or additional person on the policy. Goodman felt that a smarter solution would be to offer the service to the entire family, "each household receives 3 service calls a year for only $74.99, well below the industry standard need. This way, everyone, no matter which vehicle their driving can use the service, even children aged 16-18 in the household."

Towing isn't the only service that AutoLife ES provides, they also provide dead battery jumps, lockout service, fuel delivery (including high performance fuel for cars that require it), flat tire service, and theft reward.

"If you'll forgive the pun, we definitely want to go the extra mile for our clients." Andy had to say in closing. With the services they provide and an industry best price, we're sure that AutoLife ES is definitely going to be racking up the miles.
