Key functionality in this release includes the Talent Qualification Interview, Candidate and Client Recycle Bin feature, and incoming/outgoing email enhancements. Saving you time by simplifying question creation, configuration and library management. Templates speed up the creation of custom interviews by letting you assemble them from predefined question sets.
- Candidate/Client/Hiring Manager Recycle Bin – Deleted candidates, new applicants, and clients/hiring managers are now stored temporarily in a recycle bin, so users can recover deleted data if needed.
- Additional activity to Multiple Records Enhancement – HireDesk users now have the ability to either add individual calendar activities or one shared calendar activity when selecting multiple records.
- Singapore and Malaysia Phone Number and Names Extraction – automated extraction of candidate data from uploaded resume now recognizes name and telephone formats for Singapore and Malaysia.
This new version of HireDesk is now available to all customers.
