Dr. Lynn S. Morgan has recently been hired to serve as the President of the Health Care Credit Union Association (HCCUA) with offices in Boca Raton, FL and Atlanta, GA.

Morgan has recently been hired to serve as the President of the Health Care Credit Union Association (HCCUA) with offices in Boca Raton, FL and Atlanta, GA. Dr. Morgan has many years of experience in the public and private sectors where she has been involved in heath care, education, medical training, and mental health services. She served as a university administrator and professor at six universities and a medical college in the departments of psychology, family and community medicine, behavioral sciences, education, health, sociology, communication skills, and international business.
In these capacities, Dr. Morgan has served as a Dean of Education and Department Chairperson, been a Director of four university Counseling Centers, was a state regional Director of Special Services, and had a private practice. Dr. Morgan is the author and co-author of ten textbooks in psychotherapy and counseling, many health and mental health research articles, and her texts in multicultural counseling have been translated into twenty-six languages and are internationally used around the world.
Dr. Lynn S. Morgan has been a member of many local, state, and national committees in several states to promote financial, physical, and family health, wellness and education. She served on the Governor's Task Force for Education in Hawaii, is a member of the National Board of Examiners for accreditation of colleges of education (NCATE), and serves on several national advisory boards. Dr. Morgan has been active in drafting health, education, and mental health services and policies for several states and other countries. Dr. Morgan brings a wealth of experience, administrative expertise, and vision to her new position as President for the Health Care Credit Union Association.
As the new President of HCCUA, Dr. Morgan wants to develop a multitude of services, benefits and information on physical, financial, and family health and wellness for the HCCUA members. She will be looking forward to meeting with other community agencies with similar health and mental health initiatives and goals, and to work together to set community goals for physical and family health, wellness, and financial management.
She wants to bring vital, research-based topics of interest to the HCCUA members that will encourage members to increasingly take advantage of their valuable membership benefits. Dr. Morgan will provide this information to members based on best practices in the respective fields to help the HCCUA members in living extraordinary, healthier lives themselves, and within their families and communities.
