Transaction provides Omni with additional working capital for new ventures

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) July 1, 2008 -- Omni Oil & Gas, Inc. (OMOI.PK, www.omnioil.com), a company specialized in oil and gas exploration and production, announced today that it has sold approximately 344 acres of land located in DeSoto Parish, Louisiana to a large independent oil and gas company. The transaction closed on June 13th with Omni receiving more than $1.25 million.
