Fabulous Flashcast, the leading service for children in Los Angeles, specializing in kids under 5, is leading the fight in shutting down fraudulent consumer complaint sites, set up to Extort money from businesses around the world and to also shut down fraudulent on line casting sites, which purport to provide newbies in the industry with entertainment job listings for a fee and don't deliver!
Universal City, CA (PRWEB) July 6, 2008 -- Fabulous Flashcast, the number one service for youngsters trying to break into show biz, located in Universal City, California, is leading the fight to first, shut down the infamous ripoffreport.com (see United States District Court-Eastern District of New York, Case No.: CV-06-6590 for additional information), which allegedly posts phony complaints against a business and then, shortly thereafter, approaches the defamed business and offers to clear up the mess, for a mere $50.000! This website allegedly also operates under the names of pissedconsumer.com and also complaintsboard.com. Fabulous Flashcast has posted notices on it's website, warning consumers to "watch out", says C.Carranza, CEO of the company.
"We don't want people actually believing this nonsense.... if you believe these outrageous reports, I'm apparently part of the Latin mob for god sakes... it's crazy", states Carranza. When asked if legal action is on it's way against ripoffreport.com, Carranza replies,"It's unfortunate, Rip Off Report already has Multi-Million Dollar judgements against it from other companies across the nation... these companies haven't received a dime of their money, says Carranza...the company manages to keep one step ahead of authorities and legal judgements." Another fight Fabulous Flashcast is heading up is to shut down all of the fraudulent on line casting sites operating for aspiring actors and models.
"These companies are charging newbies, in most cases, to receive outdated, phony, low paying or simply fraudulent casting notices, that, in some cases, have been outright plagerized from other companies", states Carranza. "We recently had one of these on line casting sites, Star Search Casting, copy one of our advertisements from another website, and transfer it to their website as a "casting call", which their members are required to pay a fee to receive...it's outright Fraud, Carranza continues...we would all like to see these companies shut down....many of them are operating with no physical business address, no contact information (except email) and, in most cases, don't even have a legitimate business entity formed". Since Fabulous Flashcast has posted a scam warning on it's website regarding Star Search Casting, it appears that officials for Star Search Casting have been busy posting negative commentary about Carranza's company, in an alleged retaliation to the company's scam warning.
"We have been in business for over 20 years, with lists and lists of happy satisfied clients and will no longer tolerate these scam businesses, which place a black cloud over our entire industry"...says Carranza.
