Educational Advisor To Senator McCain To Be Guest on VoiceAmerica Health & Wellness Channel's 'Teach Your Children Well: Hot Topics in Education'

Lisa Graham Keegan, Educational Advisor to presidential candidate, Senator John McCain to be interviewed by Rich Weinfeld and Michelle Davis, on VoiceAmericaTM's Health & Wellness Channel.

Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) July 6, 2008 -- Broadcasting live on Friday, July 11th at 9am Pacific (12 noon Eastern), educational adviser to presidential candidate, Lisa Keegan (McCain) on "Teach Your Children Well: Hot Topics in Education," with hosts Rich Weinfeld and Michelle Davis, found on VoiceAmerica's Health & Wellness Channel http://www.modavox.com/VoiceAmericaHealth/ . Tune in for their live global interview in the midst of this historic presidential campaign.

Jeanne Century, Education Advisor to presidential candidate Senator Barack Obama, has also been invited to be on the program and not yet confirmed whether she can join in on a lively debate regarding the republican versus democratic views on education policy.

The next President of the United State will shape education policy for our nation's children. There are some basic differences in the positions that have been articulated by the two parties. Senator John McCain supports the current No Child Left Behind law, but focuses his education policy on promoting school choice, including vouchers, and merit pay for individual teachers.

Lisa Keegan for Senator McCain and Jeanne Century, for Senator Obama, are the leading educational advisors for the two candidates. They have helped shape each candidate's ideas and policies related to education and speak with authority for the candidates. They have appeared previously during the campaign to debate educational policy. This will be the first time during this campaign that the educational view of a presidential candidate will be broadcast over the air.

"Teach Your Children Well: Hot Topics in Education" airs live on Fridays at 9 a.m. Pacific / 12 p.m. Eastern on The VoiceAmerica Health & Wellness Channel.
