“Now, for the first time, students will be able to combine their broadcast media education with these very popular Apple Pro training seminars,” said Freeman.

Apple has designed these two and three-day sessions to equip a variety of students and professionals with the techniques they need to succeed in today’s media marketplace. The training sessions feature a hands-on approach to learning Apple’s masterful new color grading and finishing software, its popular video editing tool, and its creative sound design software.

According to David Banner, President, CSB School of Broadcasting, “a hands-on methodology is exactly what our students want. By combining these training sessions with our Learn by Doing® approach to broadcast media, graduates of our program will be able to really shine among their counterparts in the industry.”

These new Apple Pro training programs are also open to the general public. As no reservations are accepted, those who are interested in the courses can register on a first-come-first-served basis.

''This is the first step of many,'' said Banner, ''to help students and professionals connect their broadcast media experience with Apple’s powerful tools.''
