Cypress Communications named as hosted VoIP service provider to Lauth and as preferred communications provider for Lauth-owned buildings. Cypress Communications will also acquire certain assets of wholly-owned Lauth subsidiary, Leapfrog Communications, LLC.
Atlanta, GA (Vocus) April 29, 2008 -- Cypress Communications is proud to announce its partnership with Lauth, one of the nation’s largest real estate developers. Through this partnership, Cypress Communications will deliver its award-winning hosted VoIP and unified communications solution, C4 IP, to Lauth’s corporate and field offices and acquire certain assets and customers of Lauth’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Leapfrog Communications, LLC. This partnership will also allow Cypress to provide its fully managed communication services to tenants in Lauth-owned buildings.
Included in the acquisition of Leapfrog’s assets are the company’s network operations center, data center, and service contracts with Leapfrog subscribers. The partnership with Lauth and the acquisition of the Leapfrog customers will double Cypress’ Indianapolis customer base.
