Decco Bath & Shower Works is now being hailed by major corporations as the next big thing in DIY home improvement.
I feel that the distinguishment of this award has prompted the current discussions with a major unnamed company about licensing or exclusivity, and that in turn will bring the product to consumers much quicker. And nothing would make me more proud.

(PRWEB) June 25, 2007 -- A Fort Myers inventor continues Edison’s great American tradition. Andrew Lethert, an Edison Inventors Association member, has a new patent-pending product that is making waves not on the beach, but in the bathroom. His product, Decco Bath & Shower Works, was awarded the 2007 Most Valuable Product award from Hanley Wood’s Building Products Magazine.

Decco Bath & Shower Works is now being hailed by major corporations as the next big thing in DIY home improvement. This unique new product transforms any bathroom with a standard inset tub and shower as never before, making an architectural statement that would be the pride of any home. You now have an option other than glass or a curtain for your bath/shower with none of the drawbacks and totally new features. Combine this with the unbelievable amount of concealed storage and you may curiously develop the desire to show off that previously hidden space, opening up the entire room.

When asked about the extra publicity, Lethert stated that he is very honored by this significant award from Hanley Wood, to be published in Building Products Magazine. "For a young startup company to receive this much recognition so immediately says a lot about the product and its developer," he says. He also noted a thanks to the folks at the Henkel Corporation for their assistance and expertise in making the product so simple and easy to install, with a personal debt of gratitude to the team at 2b Advertising for their market research and consumer testing that he hopes to be able to repay some day.

“It is a tough thing to create and bring a new concept or product to market, and there are no shortcuts,” Lethert says. He jests, “If a company markets directly to inventors you can generally be assured they have spent more money and time marketing to you than they will ever spend on your idea or product.”

Lethert continues, “I feel that the distinguishment of this award has prompted the current discussions with a major unnamed company about licensing or exclusivity, and that in turn will bring the product to consumers much quicker. And nothing would make me more proud.”
