The creation of JobBite grew out of the frustration of taking a job that turned out to be very different than what was expected
JobBite invites professionals to post employer ratings and share information regarding their current and past employers. These employer reviews reveal everything from salary, benefits, company culture, to one's own personal experience. JobBite gives everyone the opportunity to make informed decisions by granting access to inside employer information, free of charge.

JobBite is the creation of Paul Mansour, a 2004 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. Shortly after graduation, Mr. Mansour accepted a job in corporate America that he believed to be the right fit. Things did not go as planned with his first job, and this was the inspiration for a website where professionals can share their work experiences.

"The creation of JobBite grew out of the frustration of taking a job that turned out to be very different than what was expected," said Paul Mansour, founder of JobBite. "It is not a place to dish out dirt but rather a place for professionals to give honest feedback on things such as compensation and company culture. JobBite puts the power back in the hands of job seekers."

Job seekers often receive only a one-sided message from the organizations they apply to. JobBite helps provide a more balanced perspective of a potential employer.

About JobBite:

JobBite provides job seekers with an inside look at potential employers so they may make informed decisions before accepting an employment offer. This is accomplished through an easy to use search bar as well as an alphabetical listing of reviewed organizations. To post a review users click on the button labeled "write a review". After a short form is filled out the review is posted. JobBite attracts recent graduates, young professionals, and many others looking for a job or career change. Visit the site at www.JobBite.com.
