Enterprise Readiness Inc. announces its launch of a new multimedia training course, a free online community and a series of supporting services and supplemental trainings now available on Enterprise-Readiness.com. These products and services are designed to help software companies build solutions that enterprise customers believe will be successful.
We can do this because we do not focus on a single technology or solution. Instead, we combine functionality requirements with specific behavioral characteristics and make sure you present functionality in a way that allows an enterprise company to perceive that a solution will be successful in enterprise sized deployments.

“Our new offerings empower all of the different people involved in building, selling and purchasing solutions for enterprise environments,” says Andrew Piper, CEO of Enterprise Readiness Inc. “We can do this because we do not focus on a single technology or solution. Instead, we combine functionality requirements with specific behavioral characteristics and make sure you present functionality in a way that allows an enterprise company to perceive that a solution will be successful in enterprise sized deployments.”

With the launch of Enterprise-Readiness.com, Piper has taken a three pronged approach to accomplish this goal. The company offers a series of educational offerings that provide engineers, sales and marketing professionals with a solid understanding of enterprise readiness. Another series of offerings facilitate the communication between engineers, sales and marketing professionals and the IT professionals that want software companies to build better solutions. The last series of offerings provide services designed to support software companies in achieving their goals in working with enterprise customers.

Andrew Piper has over twelve years in working for enterprise companies and servicing enterprise customers working for companies like Microsoft and Citrix. He has taken this experience, as well as the experience of several industry experts to develop a new multimedia course, Enterprise Readiness 101. To supplement the educational course, Enterprise Readiness Inc. offers a series of seminars and webinars available to the public. Additionally, customers can have a private training seminar hosted in their own facility. A private seminar provides added value because the content is tailored to the customer’s specific solution and technology and include other useful information learned from other Enterprise-Readiness.com resources.

To facilitate communication between engineers, sales and marketing professionals and IT professionals, Enterprise-Readiness.com provides a free online community designed to remove many of the barriers associated with gathering requirements and promote understanding between these different groups. Another aspect of the online community, The ER Report is a monthly newsletter that interviews IT professionals to help people understand how they evaluate software and perceive functionality.

Enterprise Readiness Inc. provides a number of services designed to help software companies achieve their goals of enterprise readiness and be more successful engaging with enterprise customers. A product review evaluates a solution and provides a comprehensive list of issues that are likely to come up during a customer evaluation or deployment. An enterprise readiness assessment evaluates your solution, sales and marketing messaging and other aspects of your company. For smaller needs, such as use case reviews, customers can hire an enterprise readiness coach that can tailor a custom package to suit your specific needs.

This combination of offerings provides several advantages for companies developing solutions for enterprise companies. These evaluations provide the advantage of anticipating problems and questions before engaging enterprise customers for a greater success rate. Fully understanding use cases of your solution reduces the total amount of “do over” engineering work required to achieve enterprise readiness. Another benefit of these services is that it can provide your company with the knowledge of enterprise readiness they require without having to incur the expense of hiring an experienced staff.
