(PRWEB) July 10, 2006 -- What I Want Fitness, a weekly video podcast show developed by the What I Want Podcasting Network, has teamed up with Bodybuilding.com to syndicate the highly popular podcast to its users.

On demand fitness has become more and more popular over the past decade as time restraints on everyday living become tighter. The What I Want Fitness show releases new episodes twice a week on Sunday and Thursday; it features well known personal trainer Mike Causadias demonstrating various strength training, aerobic, weight lifting and toning exercises. The show has gained national popularity with features on NBC, CBS and the WB as well as articles in 32 national newspapers.

We're constantly adding new podcasts and video content to our site, and we're proud to syndicate What I Want Fitness as a media content partner. How cool is it that you can download a personal trainer onto your iPod in just a few seconds, and take a video workout to the gym with you?
“Bodybuilding.com is the premier website for weight training and personal fitness information; it has established itself as the 'go-to' website for fitness related advice. Our syndication of the What I Want Fitness show offers our company a chance to expand its reach to targeted niche viewers, through a mutually beneficial & synergist partnership with Bodybuilding.com” says Ryan Hoback, CEO & Founder of What I Want Podcasting.

Fitness podcasting gives users the ability to access personal fitness advice at their convenience and on their time schedule. "We're constantly adding new podcasts and video content to our site, and we're proud to syndicate What I Want Fitness as a media content partner. How cool is it that you can download a personal trainer onto your iPod in just a few seconds, and take a video workout to the gym with you?" asked DeLuca. "The future of bodybuilding and fitness is giving people what they want -- and that's 'What I Want'!" With the explosion of podcasting and the mass use of iPods among fitness enthusiasts, fitness has taken a new direction with personal training now in the palm of your hand.

The What I Want Fitness show is owned and operated by the What I Want Podcasting network. What I Want Podcasting is a leading podcast development firm specializing in the commercial application of podcasting. For more information please visit www.WhatIWantPodcasting.com
