VALENTINE’S DAY CHAMPAGNE DINNER
On Thursday, February 14th, the resort’s Valentine’s Day Champagne Dinner will include a special menu prepared by Executive Chef Joanne Bondy featuring Smoked Salmon with Sturgeon Caviar; Citrus Seared Diver Scallop Brochette; Alaskan Sable and Braised Leeks with Chanterelle Mushroom Sauce; Shaved Winter Truffles; Chevre Soufflé with Tomato Confit and Mache Salad; Grass-Fed Tenderloin of Beef with Maine Lobster Medallions; and Strawberry and Passion Fruit Napoleon Desert.
Each course will be paired with Champagne Henriot selections including Rose NV, Brut Souverain NV, Blanc Souverain NV, Brut Rose Millesime 2002, and Cuvee des Enchanteleurs 1995. Champagne selections will be presented by special guest, Mark Nevin, who serves as CEO of Champagne Henriot.
The evening will begin at 6:30pm with the presentation and a cocktail reception, followed by dinner at 7:00pm. Pricing for this event is $150 per person including tax, gratuity, and valet parking.
